More Than an Agent - A Source of Strength and Hope

My journey with Lucy started in 2020, as a 24-year-old with the aspiration of owning my first home. I had just graduated and was employed for only a few months at the time. In light of my low credit score at the time, many previous agents where I wanted to view properties turned me away, in light of what they term "lack of prospects of acquiring a bond". However, Lucille in her calm, faith filled and optimistic words stated "Lets go through with the application, and see what the banks says." As a young graduate, not having a clue of the processes related to the purchase of a home, she guided, supported and trusted for a positive outcome with me. She advised me of the services of a bond originator who assisted in negotiating for a favorable interest rate, and I acquired a bond and was able to purchase the home. As a testament to her commitment to rendering excellent service and high level of professionalism under unconventional circumstances: on the day of the registration of the bond she had a family emergency, of a loved one who was assassinated. Despite the deeply shocking and heart shattering news, she remained professional and was able to still make the day feel special, although our hearts were also filled with empathy towards her and her family. A few years later, I sold my home again, and it was a no brainer to seek the services of Lucille. Lucy is beyond just an estate agent. She is truly an instrument of God in her fraternity. She has been a source of strength and faith throughout my property journey.
